Welcome to your ideal retreat in Stintino, in a quiet but strategic location to enjoy the beauty of northern Sardinia to the fullest! The apartment is located in Via Mezzogiorno, a few minutes' drive from the famous La Pelosa beach (about 5-6 minutes), one of the most popular in Italy for its crystal-clear sea and shallow waters, perfect for children.

The apartment has a separate entrance, accessible via a small flight of stairs leading to a bright French window. The entrance opens onto a spacious and cosy air-conditioned living area, tastefully and functionally furnished. The sofa divides the space into two areas: on one side, the TV corner for relaxing; on the other, a large shelf separates the living area from the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need for cooking. Opposite is a comfortable dining table for eating with friends.
